It’s that time. Your “new favorite artists” list just dropped. AKA the Solid Sound IX lineup is HERE.

In addition to the previously announced Wilco and Billy Bragg performance, the weekend brings sets from The Breeders, Gang of Four, Billy Bragg, S.G. Goodman, L’Rain, Ryan Davis & The Roadhouse Band, Sharp Pins, The Messthetics with James Brandon Lewis, Hannah Cohen, and plenty more still to explore.

Wilco anchors the weekend with two performances: the Mermaid Avenue collaboration on Friday night, followed by a full headlining set on Saturday. Along the way, expect appearances from Jeff Tweedy, The Autumn Defense, Nels Cline’s Consentrik Quartet, and a handful of familiar faces doing their own very good things. The return of John Hodgman’s Comedy Cabaret will feature Jo Firestone, Demi Adejuyigbe, and Jordan Klepper.
